Explanation of the Rest Step

An interesting way to tackle long uphill sections of a hike, called the 'rest step'. It is basically the 'wedding march', which means you take a short pause after each step, giving that leg a quick break. It's a slower method than going straight up, but less fatiguing in the long run.
